The crow flies east towards the dawn
The crow flies east towards the dawn
gum spots dot the sidewalk like polka dots across a dirty hookers pantys
smeared dirt across the floor, less women, less girls, more whores
fantastic financial plundering left breathless and wanting more
an empty wallet, an old pair of faded blue jeans, a black hooded sweater
a homeless man in a tattered woman's jacket waving a white plastic bag like a flag
a perfectly shiny, perfectly spotless, brand new mercedes
a hundred cops in blue that looks black and red, white and blue screaming
a woman so old she walks with a cane at the bus stop sleeping
the mcdonalds is packed and the hustle bustle goes on
the light turns green and the scene fades to black as the crow flies east towards the dawn
